SOS Feeding Programme
When feeding becomes a challenge, you don't have to figure it out alone.
A 3-month 1:1 programme with a paediatric dietitian by your side 7 days a week. Evidence-based clinical expertise and a deeply human approach, to help your child thrive and bring peace back to your table.
When feeding & mealtimes have become hard
Does this sound like your child?
Before the first bites
Refusing or fighting the bottle or breast, or crying and unsettled during feeds
Suffering from reflux, constipation or other digestive discomfort
Reacting to certain foods, with a suspected or diagnosed allergy
Not gaining weight as expected, or growth that worries you
When starting solids
Showing little interest in food, eating or exploring very little
Gagging intensely, or struggling to move on to new textures
Experiencing digestive issues as new foods are introduced
Navigating food allergies while trying to diversify their diet
Beyond the first year
Picky eating that keeps getting narrower, or mealtime tantrums
Refusing whole food groups, or accepting only a few "safe" foods
Worried about weight, appetite or growth
Unsure about portions, food refusal or emotional cravings
Ongoing digestive issues or food allergies to navigate
Mealtimes that have turned into daily battles, or eating behaviour that worries you
And you might be…
Sensing that something isn't right, even if you can't quite name it
Navigating different parenting styles or cultural food values at the table
Struggling to put simple, nourishing meals on the table that everyone will actually eat
Feeling dismissed by health professionals, or simply left alone to figure it out
Wanting to make sure you've done everything you can, before things escalate
If you recognise yourself, please know this: it's not your fault. When eating gets hard, parents naturally respond with love and worry, and sometimes those very reactions can keep a difficult cycle going without anyone meaning to. The good news? That also means you are the most powerful lever for change. With the right support, I'll help you break the cycle.
Maybe it's picky eating that keeps getting narrower. Food allergies that make every meal feel risky. Growth concerns that keep you up at night. A bottle aversion that have made feeding extra challenging, Reflux or digestive issues make you concern. Or mealtimes that have turned into daily battles.
You've tried different foods, different approaches, maybe different professionals, without finding real answers or feeling truly supported. The mental load is exhausting. Without a clear direction, every meal can feel like another battle, another unanswered question about your child's health and development.
We look at the whole picture
Your child's story, growth patterns and nutritional intake
Their behaviour around food and their relationship with mealtimes
The feeding environment and your family's daily rhythm
Any underlying factors: medical, sensory, developmental or emotional
SOS Feeding brings together two things that are too often separate: rigorous clinical expertise, and the time and care to truly listen.
Clinical expertise, human approach
Then we move forward, together
A clear understanding of what is happening, and why
A personalised, practical plan that fits your values, culture and family rhythm
Concrete steps you can apply at every meal
Regular adjustments as your child progresses
So you can move from stress and uncertainty to calm, clarity and a plan that actually works.
Before we start · Getting to know you
A personalised in depth questionnaire about your baby & your family health and habits, so every session counts from minute one.
An initial deep-dive consultation (45 min)
We take the time to understand your baby, your family, your culture and your daily rhythm, and build your personalised roadmap together.
Two follow-up consultations (45 min each)
Scheduled over the 3 months according to your baby's progression and your needs, not a fixed calendar. We adjust as your baby grows, new questions come up, or things don't go according to plan.
In between · I've got your back
WhatsApp and email support 7 days a week for the full programme. A question at lunchtime? A doubt about a new food? Just send a message.
All consultations take place online, in English or French. There's no need for your baby to join. And if your little one happens to be home during a call, that's absolutely fine: we'll work around naps, feeds and the occasional baby commentary.
How we’ll work together
I'm Mélody, a State-certified paediatric dietitian with over 13 years of clinical experience, and a mother of two. Over the past two years, I've supported more than 100 families through their little ones' first bites and beyond.
Every recommendation I share is grounded in current scientific evidence and international paediatric nutrition guidelines, then translated into simple, practical steps that fit your family's real life, culture and rhythm.
Alongside nutrition, I'm trained in the psychology of eating behaviour, which means we look at both what your baby eats and how they learn to eat: with curiosity, trust and joy

What parents say
“My child also struggles with eating. We were referred to a local dietitian by our doctor, but weren't given much advice. We decided to approach Mélody for a consultation, and we went away feeling well supported… after putting them in practice, I saw an improvement in my child's eating habits. Mélody was very compassionate and reassuring too.”

Frequently asked questions
How do I know if it's "just a phase" or something more?
That's exactly what we'll look at together. Some challenges are part of normal development, others need more support. Book a discovery call and we'll talk it through.
My child already sees a doctor or other specialists. Can we still work together?
Yes. This programme complements your child's medical follow-up, it doesn't replace it. With your agreement, I can work alongside the other professionals involved.
Does my child need to attend the consultations?
Not the first one. It focuses on understanding your concerns and building a clear plan. If helpful, we can schedule a later session with your child.
What should I prepare for the first session?
The completed questionnaire and your child's growth chart data. That's all.
Do you work with families outside the Netherlands?
Yes. Everything is online, in English or French.
What happens after the 3 months?
You'll leave with a clear plan and the tools to keep going. If you'd like more support later, additional sessions are available.
Ready to find calm, clarity and a way forward?
Let's talk about your child, your concerns and your family. In 20 minutes, you'll know whether this programme is right for you.
