Workshop & Training

GIVE THE PEOPLE WHO FEED CHILDREN THE CONFIDENCE TO DO IT WELL.

Interactive workshops and team training with a paediatric dietitian, for the professionals who feed and care for children, and the families they support.

Conflicting advice on feeding children is everywhere, for parents and professionals alike. Without clear, evidence-based guidance, doubt takes over: at the table, in the daycare, in the classroom, in the kitchen.

Yet the adults around a child have enormous influence on how that child eats, grows and feels about food. When they feel confident, mealtimes become calmer, safer and more joyful for everyone.

90 MINUTES TO TURN DOUBT INTO CONFIDENCE.

In one interactive session, your group gains clarity, confidence and practical tools they can use the very next day.

TWO WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Team training · For your staff
Practical sessions that build your team’s confidence around feeding milestones, textures, allergens, food refusal and communication with parents, tailored to your setting.

Workshops for the parents & children
Sessions you offer in your daycare, school, company or community: clear, evidence-based answers to parents’ everyday feeding questions and challenges, and playful food-discovery sessions that help children build a curious, positive relationship with food.

WHO IT’S FOR?

  • Daycares, nanny agencies & childcare teams: confident caregivers at every meal, and parents who feel supported.

  • Schools: equipped staff, informed parents and curious pupils who enjoy discovering food.

  • Restaurants, cafés & catering services: staff who understand children’s needs and can talk to parents with confidence.

  • Companies: meaningful wellbeing sessions for working parents juggling meals, schedules and mental load.

  • Community centres & family venues: real, lasting value for the families you welcome.

  • Organisations planning a year-round programme: a trusted expert to bring it to life, session after session

Around food refusal, allergies or textures, and not always knowing how to respond.

You might be:

Seeing your team hesitate

From parents, about portions, picky eating or what’s normal at each age.

HEARING THE SAME QUESTIONS AGAIN AND AGAIN

LOOKING TO SPARK CHILDREN’S CURIOSITY

And help them discover food with pleasure, not pressure.

WANTING TO SUPPORT FAMILIES BEYOND YOUR CORE SERVICE

And to be known as a place that genuinely cares.

LOOKING FOR MORE THAN A TICK-BOX SESSION

Something your team, your families or your pupils will actually remember and use.

And looking for a trusted expert to bring it to life, session after session.

WHY WORK WITH ME

I’m Mélody, a French State-certified paediatric dietitian with over 13 years of clinical experience, most of it in institutional settings: auditing practices, developing nutrition programmes and training professional teams across 100+ establishments.

I’ve led 200+ workshops for professionals, parents and children of all ages, from all backgrounds, including children with disabilities and additional needs. I know how to adapt a session to every group, so everyone leaves having learnt something, and having enjoyed it.

Alongside my clinical training, I hold a University Diploma in the Psychology & Pedagogy of Eating Behaviour and I’m trained in ACT and CBT approaches, so I know how to make knowledge land and turn it into lasting change. Through Petit Gourmet Academy, I’ve also supported 100+ families in private practice, which keeps every workshop grounded in the real questions parents ask.

My workshops are interactive, practical and evidence-based, in English or French.

Real science, real strategies, real life.
