Session lengths & pricing:

  • Initial consultation (90 min) – €80
    We take time to explore your unique situation and create a personalized plan that reflects your values, lifestyle, and needs.

  • Follow-up sessions (45 min) – €60
    Focused on progress, gentle adjustments, and continued support. Depending on your needs, we might work through practical tools like meal planning templates, portion guidance, or nutrient check-ins, along with supportive strategies like mindful eating or ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy)-inspired exercises or simple practices to help you reconnect with your body, values, and everyday choices.


Package of 6 sessions – €350 (instead of €380)

A personalised plan designed to support you through the physical, emotional, and nutritional changes of pregnancy and postpartum, with practical tools, gentle experimentation, and ongoing guidance.
Ideal for (future) mamas who want continued support across key transitions and are ready to care for themselves while laying the foundations for their baby’s long-term health.

Includes:
• 1 initial consultation (90 min)
• 5 follow-up sessions (45 min each)
• Access to all my resources: meal ideas, body-image tools, practical guides, and nourishing recipes adapted to your stage
Valid for up to 12 months, giving you time to move forward at your own pace, with no pressure

I use Practice Better, a secure platform designed to protect your personal and health information. Here you’ll find all the necessary consultation documents in one safe place.

When you book and complete your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email inviting you to create your Practice Better account. Once your account is set up, you’ll have access to:
- All session details and preparation documents
A secure link to join your consultation
A safe space to share any relevant health information in confidence

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, or not attending the consultation , will be charged in full.

This policy helps ensure that your reserved spot can be offered to other families in need, and allows me to give the best possible care and attention to everyone I work with.
