Bringing Your Child to the Consultation (Under 12)
There’s no need to bring your child to the first consultation. Young children often don’t benefit from being part of these sessions, and their presence can sometimes add pressure or make the conversation more challenging.
Instead, the focus is on supporting you, giving you the tools, strategies, and confidence to create a positive, pressure-free food environment at home, where lasting change truly happens.
If, at a later stage, we decide together that it would be helpful for your child to join a session, we can arrange that as part of your personalised plan.

• 1 initial consultation (90 min)
• 5 follow-up sessions (45 min each)
• Access to all my resources: meal planning tools, scripts and strategies for mealtime struggles, recipes, and practical guides
• Valid for up to 12 months, giving you space to move forward at your own pace, without pressure

When you book and complete your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email inviting you to create your Practice Better account. Once your account is set up, you’ll have access to:
- All session details and preparation documents
A secure link to join your consultation
A safe space to share any relevant health information in confidence
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, or not attending the consultation , will be charged in full.
This policy helps ensure that your reserved spot can be offered to other families in need, and allows me to give the best possible care and attention to everyone I work with.
